This location has been a restaurant for 25 years, I have been here for 21 years and it has changed a lot over the years. As everything else changes in time I try to keep up with it. Our quality of food and the service we give our clients has always been the first priority. We believe service and the quality of food go hand in hand and our recommendations speak for themselves. The Dhaka Indian and Bangladeshi Tandoori Restaurant has been a landmark place for quality Indian Cuisine in Ipswich for the past 21 years and I always go for the best in every possible way with food, service and presentation. I only consider the best. The Dhaka has 100 seats in 4 different settings. As you enter the door you come into the lounge bar where you can sit and have a drink or wait for your friends. You can also order your food from here if you like. If you are having Indian or Bangladeshi take-away, you can come early and have a drink in our lounge bar while you wait for your food. In the front of the restaurant we have a seating capacity for 36 people in one long table. There are also other areas with private tables for 2 or 4 people that we call cubicles. They can be booked for intimate evenings. The newest edition is the conservatory available for private parties with a capacity of 26 people. The Dhaka is decorated in pink and maroon, very warm welcoming colours. The manager Shobuz Miah (sub) is always there to greet everyone, both new and regular clienteles. This is a lovely place for treating friends, family or business colleagues. We always make sure whoever comes through our doors is looked after and satisfied because client satisfaction is the success of every business. Conservatory
Our private room was built 5 years ago and it can hold up to 26 people. It is available for private hire for between 15 – 26 guests and has easy access to the garden for getting a little fresh air or for our smoking guests. Our private room is perfect for all your small private events.
Garden	The Dhaka Private Party Room
This is a tranquil area designed to be the perfect secluded countryside setting. With the greenery and small pond filled with some lovely koi's, you will feel very relaxed. The garden is used as a smoking area for our clients, as well as a relaxing area to catch a breath of fresh air. We try to keep it as attractive as possible so if you go into the garden you feel you are in the countryside.
